About the Role

One Janitorial is hiring a full-time Remote Outbound Appointment Setter to join our high-performance remote team. Compensation

• Base Salary: $1,225 CAD/month / with minimum targets hit

  
  

Top performers earn up to $2,000 CAD/month

Key Responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound B2B cold calls per day

  
  

• Follow a strict script and proven objection-handling process

• Send follow-up emails to prospects

  
  

• Book a minimum of 4 qualified appointments per week

• Log all activity in our CRM and follow daily KPIs

  
  

Requirements

• Fluent in English (minimum 9/10 spoken and written)

  
  

• Personal computer with at least 4GB of RAM

• High-quality webcam and microphone headset

  
  

• Stable high-speed internet (test it by searching “internet speed test” on Google)

• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace

  
  

• Available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM MDT

• High energy, self-motivated, and goal-driven

  
  

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Sheets) is a plus
