Job Title: Lead Line Cook

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. This role involves overseeing line operations, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish, with guarantees of future abilities to assist in menu development that aligns with our brand’s unique identity.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute menu items with precision, maintaining consistency and quality standards.


  • Supervise and support line cooks during service, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment.

  • Manage inventory, including logging, receiving and organizing supplies, to ensure kitchen readiness.


  • Uphold strict sanitation and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations.

  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting growth and maintaining high performance standards.


  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and management to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.



Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ New York City experience in a high-volume kitchen, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Proficiency in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.


  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing demands.


  • Passion for any and all food and drive to seek that best in everything they work at.

  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food handler’s license preferred.
