Job Summary |
The Radiation Oncology Clinic seeks an Administrative Services Assistant to coordinate new patient intake Radiation Oncology patients. This position provides administrative support to the medical director, practice manager, physicians, technicians and nurses; maintain databases to improve patient care through workflow and processes; and work collaboratively to improve service to patients and referring physicians. The Administrative Services Assistant will promote the various tumor programs by being accessible and service oriented to physicians and others in our regional referral base. Identify strengths and weaknesses in the services provided by the clinic and develop plans to improve service to patients and referring physicians.
