Job Summary:

We are seeking a pasty cook that has experience in the bakery and is willing to learn to take your skills and practice to the next level.  A growing mentality is crucial as we offer significant opportunities for advancement and development within our expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective production of assigned prep responsibilities
• Be a key team player
• Open to learning and challenging your skills in the bakery
• Reports to the AKM
• Maintains a clean work environment
• Ensure you are adhering to health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Flexibility to work evenings (no late nights), weekends and holidays as required by the business.
• Culinary training in bakery and pastries or relevant experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• A passion for the art of bakery and pastry
