Position Summary
The Order Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for leading the alignment and execution of the order fulfillment window for their identified regions and distributors within the Constellation Beer Division. The primary role of this individual is to lead the daily and weekly load building process to deliver the aligned S&OE weekly plan while maximizing service (On-Time, In-Full) and optimizing costs.
This role involves leading their team with the goal of delivering the aligned outbound shipment plan handed off from distributor management. The Supervisor, Order Fulfillment, will be responsible for clearly communicating the daily and weekly tasks, monitoring and driving performance of their team in alignment with the broader strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment Execution:
- Lead their team in the load building process for their identified area in collaboration with distributor management, transportation, and warehouse teams to optimize near-term order execution, focusing on maximizing service (OTIF) while balancing costs.
- Own their regional weekly outbound billings alignment meetings with the transportation and warehouse teams.
- Leverage data and analytics to efficiently and effectively prioritize outbound deliveries to maximize service on critical items.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to provide timely updates on order status, executing against aligned policies and procedures to meet (and exceed) customer needs and expectations.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities through functional metrics and partner cross-functionally to overcome them in delivering industry leading service.
- Team Management and Development:
- Coach and develop your team, fostering professional growth and diversity, and driving alignment with key departmental objectives.
- Own setting daily and weekly tasks and workflows along prioritization of their team’s activities.
- Drive metric-driven processes, reviewing performance results, and collaborating with peers and team members to enhance KPIs such as service (OTIF) and lane utilization cost.
- Measure team level performance against functional metrics, addressing any gaps to aligned targets.
Background & Expertise
- Degree in supply chain, operations or business-related field or equivalent working experience, 3-5 years in supply chain through proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding ERP systems (preferably SAP), along with prior experience using customer ordering solutions, PowerBI & TMS/WMS, a plus.
- Experience in CPG, preferably bev alc industry, preferred.
- APICS certification or willingness to pursue, a plus.
- Management experience leading a team to strong results, preferred.
- Logistics knowledge of all modes of transportation and distribution are required.

The salary range for this role is:
$80,400.00 – $120,600.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
