A Brief Overview
The Services Growth & Go to Market Director is a key position within the Solutions organization. They will provide leadership and support for key initiatives aimed to grow the Services business through a combination of offering development, project management and go-to-market activities. They will collaborate closely across multiple teams including Sales, Solutions, Management Consulting and Engineering Teams to drive alignment to elevate and evolve our services to enable strategic, sustainable growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Partner across team to develop market analytics and refine target markets, sectors or industries for our services
- Define customer and internal personas
- Partner across teams to define a sustainable, scalable delivery approach
- Define/refine the branding/messaging/positioning of our services
- Campaign planning and execution aligned to growth targets
- Enablement content creation (battle cards, pitch decks, etc.)
- Execute and promote offering development/management best practices
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making, serve as a bridge between leadership and team members
- Stakeholder management
- Utilize metrics, analytics, and other reliable data sources to enhance solution approach and strategies
- Engage in strategic discussions with Sales and the SC&E organization to improve win rates and incorporate lessons learned
- Define metrics and approach to track and monitor growth/KPIs
- Support efforts to partner with Sales leaders to align the Solutions organization with priority growth areas, enhancing teaming and increasing visibility
- Partner with services internal teams to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities
- Work closely with the Solutions/SC&E Operations to create and improve leadership views on services growth (forecast, pipeline, etc.)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Business Consulting, Technology Consulting or Technology Management is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or similar industry across large scale program management, go to market and offering development.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development and execution of our Solutions strategy. Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to align strategies with business goals.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work closely with Sales Leads, Solutions Teams, Management Consulting, Engineering Teams, Finance and Operations teams.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate discussions, build partnerships, and present information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, creating reports, and providing valuable insights and actions. Strong attention to detail.
- Broad understanding of technology landscape across Solutions domains (Cloud, Networking, Data Center, Security, Digital, Data, AI, Automation) and the ability to align solutions with market competitiveness with support from Solutions SMEs/leads.
- Familiarity with technology trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape and strong interest in learning.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results. Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- The capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Familiarity with integrated technology solutions, emerging technologies, and their application in a consulting environment.
- Awareness of tools and software commonly used in operations management.
- A focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering high-quality results. Goal-driven mindset with a track record of driving successful outcomes.
- Upholding professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions and decision-making.
