Staff Nurse – RN – Medical Surgical Float – Full Time – Nights

NYP’s Float Pools provide a way to gain broad exposure to a variety of patients on our highly specialized units. Partner with your Staffing Manager to design a schedule that meets your lifestyle, while playing the important extra hands role on a unit. NYP Float Nurses are welcomed and feel the satisfaction of providing help for healthcare teams practicing caring and quality patient care.

This role will support the NYP/Weill Cornell Medical Center Medical Surgical Float Team . Enjoy flexible scheduling, shared clinical decision-making, inspirational leadership, supportive colleagues and much more.

This is a full time night position. Includes rotating weekends and holidays

Preferred Criteria

• At least 2 years acute RN experience as a Medical Surgical RN

Required Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current NYS RN licensure
• BCLS certification
• Proven experience to work autonomously in high pressure situations

Salary Range:

$128,149-$146,972/Annual
