The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling and coaching, resolving guest complaints, and general office duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year of related hotel experience, excellent communication skills, and be proficient with basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Must have flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.


• Previous cleaning experience preferred.

• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.


• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.


• Proficiency with basic computer skills preferred.
