What You Will Do:

This role leads the development, implementation, and ongoing management of L’Oréal Professionnel’s educational curriculum, creating engaging learning experiences for the artist and salon network. This includes curriculum design, content creation, and collaboration with various internal teams. The Director also oversees the creation of all related educational materials and collateral.



  • Develop all Education Collateral for training and development purposes.
  • Oversee education animation and community management support.
  • Develop and update online launch educational materials, including class flyers and educational aesthetics, ensuring consistent and appropriate corporate image and brand storytelling.
  • Partner with Marketing and Training teams to create new curriculum and update existing content to incorporate new launches and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Manage and update the “Flipsnack” online educational catalog.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:


  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Current cosmetology license with a minimum of seven years of industry experience.
  • Ability to project manage programs effectively.
  • Experience in Creative Direction for video and still production.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
  • Superior communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and content development tools.
  • Strong visual design skills
