We are seeking an attorney to become a part of our team! We are looking for a motivated candidate who is willing to handle their own pre and post-litigation cases as well as assist other attorneys in handling cases. 

Our firm is focused on first-party insurance litigation (residential and commercial property damage / bad faith insurance practices) and personal injury. 

Responsibilities:

• Review, research, analyze, and make recommendations regarding new and existing cases
• Prepare and draft legal documents (correspondence, pleadings, discovery, motions, etc.)
• Assist other attorneys on assigned tasks
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trial if necessary
• Negotiate and finalize settlements
• Speak with and advise clients on legal issues related to their cases
• Work collaboratively with office staff
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and opposing counsel
• Willingness to aggressively move cases to trial or other resolution 

Preferences

• Previous litigation experience is preferred but not required
• Previous first-party insurance or personal injury experience (Plaintiff or Defense) is a huge plus but not required
