Food and Beverage Manager| Year-round- Full-time

This position is responsible for overseeing daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant venues, bar service, and seasonal pool operations. The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure a high level of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and colleague engagement while supporting the Director of Food & Beverage in executing department goals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the daily operation of assigned outlets, including seasonal support for the Pool Bar & Grill

• Assist with payroll, scheduling, inventory, and purchasing need

• Train and develop colleagues according to Hyatt and resort service standard

• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and service quality throughout all venue

• Provide visible floor leadership to support both colleagues and guest

• Handle guest service recovery and ensure timely resolution of concern

• Foster strong interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth operation

• Serve as a first responder for guest and colleague safety concern

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations required

• A true desire to provide outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work varying shifts including weekends and holiday

• Must be able to lead by example and foster a positive team culture
