Position: Sales Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Compensation: $40,000 Base + Bonuses + Uncapped Commission

Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $65K–$80K (Top performers earn $100K+)

About the Company: Company helps customers set up home services by working exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads, we make the process fast and easy—no cold calling involved.

What You’ll Be Doing

Make outbound calls to warm leads—these customers are already interested
Help customers compare and choose the best home service options
Close deals quickly—sales cycle is just 20–30 minutes
Hit daily targets: 5–8 sales per day, 75 dials, 3–4 hours of talk time
Re-engage past and existing customers to uncover new opportunities
Use Salesforce CRM to track performance and manage your pipeline
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For

6+ months of sales experience with a proven ability to close
Strong communicators who can handle objections and drive urgency
Quick learners who are coachable and open to feedback
Candidates who live within 30 miles of 75234 and are authorized to work in the U.S.
